Welcome to Get Morfed (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services, including AI-generated artwork, digital downloads, physical prints, framed posters, and customised gifts (collectively, the “Services”). By placing an order or using our website, you (“you”, “the customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or purchase our products.


1. ABOUT US

Get Morfed is a digital and print-on-demand brand that allows customers to create bespoke artwork using Artificial Intelligence. Customers can upload images, generate personalised art in real time, and purchase digital downloads or physical products produced on demand.

2. USE OF OUR WEBSITE

By accessing and using our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or you are using the website with the consent of a parent or guardian.

  • Any information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You will not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

  • You will not upload content that infringes copyright, violates privacy, or is offensive, harmful, or illegal.

We reserve the right to terminate access to the website or refuse service if we believe these Terms have been violated.


3. AI-GENERATED IMAGES & CREATIVE OUTPUT

3.1 Nature of AI-Generated Artwork
All images and artwork created through Get Morfed are generated using Artificial Intelligence. As such:

  • Every output is unique, even when using the same photo or prompt.

  • Small variations in style, colour, composition, or facial details may occur.

  • No image is guaranteed to be an exact replica of previews or examples shown on our website or marketing materials.

3.2 No Stored Training Data
We do NOT store customer images for training, dataset creation, or resale in any form.
Uploaded photos and generated images are:

  • used solely for fulfilling your order

  • kept only as long as necessary to produce the product

  • automatically deleted once the order is complete

3.3 Custom Requests
We offer custom designs upon request. For bespoke artwork, you must provide clear instructions and suitable photos. We may refuse custom orders that violate our content policy (e.g., hate, violence, illegal content).


4. ORDERING PROCESS

4.1 Placing an Order
When placing an order, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information submitted, including uploaded images, size options, framing choices, delivery address, and email address.

  • Orders for customised or AI-generated artwork are considered custom-made and are excluded from standard cancellation rights under UK Distance Selling Regulations (see Section 10).

4.2 Order Acceptance
Your order is only accepted once you receive a written order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including when:

  • The image uploaded is inappropriate or unsafe.

  • The order appears fraudulent.

  • The payment does not clear.


5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

5.1 Digital Downloads (Instant or 24-Hour Delivery)
Digital artwork is delivered via email. Typical delivery times:

  • Within 24 hours (Monday–Friday)

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5.2 File Formats & Usage Rights
Digital products are supplied in high-resolution formats suitable for printing, or low-resolution formats for mobile/web use.
You may use digital files for personal use only. You may not:

  • resell

  • commercially reproduce

  • modify for resale

  • distribute publicly

  • use the artwork for commercial branding unless explicit written permission is given.


6. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

6.1 Production & Shipping Times
All physical items are produced on demand and shipped via trusted fulfilment partners.

  • Production Time: Typically 1–3 working days

  • Shipping Time: 3–7 working days (varies by region)

  • Total Delivery Estimate: Usually 4–10 working days from order date

6.2 Shipping Responsibility
Once dispatched, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier. We are not liable for:

  • delays caused by the courier

  • incorrect addresses supplied by the customer

  • customs delays outside our control

6.3 Failed Deliveries
If an item is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you may be required to pay additional postage fees for redelivery.


7. PRICING & PAYMENT

7.1 Pricing
Prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

7.2 Payments
We accept standard online payment methods listed during checkout. All payments must clear before your order begins production.

7.3 Pricing Errors
If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.


8. PRODUCT QUALITY & TOLERANCES

8.1 Print & Colour Variation
Due to the nature of printing, slight colour differences may occur between digital previews and final printed products. This is standard across the print-on-demand industry.

8.2 AI Image Variation
AI artwork will always vary slightly from example images, mockups, or previews. This is expected behaviour and not considered a product defect.


9. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

9.1 Customised Products — No Refunds
Because our artwork is custom-made and personalised using your photo, all sales are final once payment is made.

We do not offer refunds or cancellations except where required under consumer law.

Under UK Distance Selling Regulations, customised products are exempt from standard cancellation rights.

9.2 Digital Products — No Refunds
Digital files cannot be returned once delivered. Therefore, no refunds are offered for digital products unless there is a technical error caused by us.

9.3 Damaged or Defective Physical Products
If your item arrives damaged, you are entitled to a replacement at no cost. To process a damaged-item claim, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • photos of the damage

  • photos of the packaging

  • your order number

We will arrange a replacement once damage is confirmed. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if a replacement is not possible.

9.4 Incorrect Orders
If we send the wrong product, size, or design, we will replace it free of charge.


10. CANCELLATIONS UNDER DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

Under UK law, personalised and customised products created to a customer’s specification are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

Because Get Morfed artwork is customised immediately upon order, the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply.


11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

11.1 Customer Content
You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By submitting them, you grant us a licence to:

  • use the images solely for creating your artwork

  • process your order

  • fulfil the product

We do not store your images after order completion (see Section 3.2).

11.2 Get Morfed Content
All website content, branding, design, and generated templates remain the intellectual property of Get Morfed. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.


12. PROHIBITED CONTENT

You may not upload or request artwork involving:

  • hate symbols or extremist content

  • explicit adult imagery

  • violent or graphic harm

  • copyrighted characters or logos

  • offensive or illegal material

We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates these rules.


13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, print partners, or events outside our control.


14. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

We comply with GDPR and UK data protection laws.
We do not sell, share, or store customer images beyond the fulfilment process.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
